This cake is buttercream with fondant accents. The top train was made with gumpaste. Top tier is red velvet with cream cheese filling and the bottom is chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling.
I started decorating cakes in 2006 after taking classes at the local party supply store. It quickly became my passion. I took a job at a warehouse store as a full time decorator and have also taken over teaching cake decorating at that same party supply store where I first took my classes Decor Party Supply in La Habra.
