This was just a little cake I did, last minute, for a girl at work that was transfering. It's a 5 inch Chocolate cake with Chocolate Raspberry Mousse filling. All Fondant.
I started decorating cakes in 2006 after taking classes at the local party supply store. It quickly became my passion. I took a job at a warehouse store as a full time decorator and have also taken over teaching cake decorating at that same party supply store where I first took my classes Decor Party Supply in La Habra.
